Emily joined PAN in the summer of 2016, upon completing her graduate studies in international environmental policy. She has experience working in nonprofit communications from time with the Ecological Farming Association and the Business Council on Climate Change, as well as a deep interest in ecological food and farming systems. Emily believes that engaging and creative communication tactics are key to creating change in how people eat and think about food. She is passionate about seasonal, veggie-centric cooking and experiencing food culture from all over the world. At PAN, Emily supports the work of the communications team, developing content, strategizing around online organizing, and refining message design. She speaks conversational Spanish.
