Annie Shattuck is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Geography at Indiana University, where she teaches sustainable food systems. Her research addresses the changing political economy of pesticides and their impact on use, regulation, and rural health; agroecology; and agrarian change. She is the co-editor of the book The Politics Of Food Sovereignty: Concept, Practice and Social Movements.
