Pesticide Action Network North America is a nonprofit incorporated in California and tax-exempt under section 501(c)(3) of the U.S. Internal Revenue Code. All donations are tax-deductible to the fullest extent of the law. PAN North America’s Federal Identification Number is 94-2949686.
PAN North America’s annual report covers our previous fiscal year, which ended March 31st. It includes highlights of our program accomplishments and updates from around the world, how we spend donations, our mission statement and list of current board members.
Audited financial statements
Our most recent financial statements were prepared by Bregante and Company LLP for our board’s Audit Committee. Bregante and Company is a certified public accountant firm serving the greater San Francisco Bay Area, with a particular strength in nonprofit financial standards.
IRS statements and governing documents
Submitted annually to the Internal Revenue Service, Form 990 provides information on PAN North America’s mission, programs, and finances. Also available by request is our 501(c)3 designation letter from the IRS, PAN's governing documents and our conflict of interest policy.
Also available is the current PAN North America organizational budget. Our fiscal year is April through March.
